Additions and Renovations

The Masonic Hall in Nedlands is owned by the University of Western Australia. The hall is refurnished to house UWA’s Innovation Quarter Exchange, Offices, meeting hall and boardroom. The project was won under a competition run by the University. The building is of heritage significance and has been designed with minimal impact on the original fabric. The project includes a new lift shaft to allow disabled access to the second floor, the renovation of the original masonic temple into a co-working space. Careful design and work with the State Heritage office have resulted in an exciting fresh and respectful project.
